Purchase & Delivery Terms


Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.


We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact us.

What is the delivery time?

From the day the order is placed it normally takes as following:

  • Sweden: 2-5 working days.
  • Europe: Approx 7-10 working days.
  • Outside Europe: Approx 14 working days (however, sometimes the package can get delayed in your countries customer service).

NOTE: If shipment is made to remote locations, the delivery time can be longer. For countries outside EU Customs Clearance can affect the delivery time. We use the Swedish Postal Service First Class for all our shipping.

Return Policy

The warranty forJolli Times products is one year from the date of purchase. We always strive to improve our customer service and help ourJolli people. If your item gets torn during this one-year period, send it to the following address: Terminalgatan 20, 235 39 Vellinge, Sweden. Please note that the warranty does not cover discharged batteries, shattered glass, standard “wear and tear” or aging of any part of the watch or strap. Please have your order number at hand when contacting us.

Exchange and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your goods we will issue a full replacement or refund if you contact us at hello@jollitime.com within 14 days of receiving your goods. Returned goods must be unworn. You will be responsible to pay for any freight charges for returned goods. Goods on sale will not be refunded. Please have your order number at hand when contacting us. All returned goods are sent to: Lagmanshejdevägen 8, 239 30, Skanör, Sweden.

Damaged Goods

If the package or goods is damaged upon receipt please report this immediately on the spot. If you have already opened the parcel and noticed any damaged please contact us at order@jollitime.com.

The Swedish consumer laws are applied for any complaint of goods. Please see www.konstumetverket.se. Jolli Time is free from liability or obligation under contract when an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond our control should occur, such as war, strike, riot, crime, act of God (e.g., flooding, earthquake).


Jolli Time accept the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transportation.


This Website together with any information, text, images, photographs, audio and video clips, designs, graphics, logos, symbols, names, product and corporate designations, as well as all software contained in this Website and all other files, and their selection and arrangement (the “Website Content”), are subject to legal protection, in particular copyright, trademarks and design rights held by Jolli Time, its affiliates, its users or its licensors with all rights reserved. No Website Content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without Jolli Times prior written permission, except that the foregoing does not apply to your own User Content that you legally post on the Website. In addition, no digital content whatsoever may be copied into other programs without the prior written approval of Jolli Time.

Violation of rules

Jolli Time holds the right to cancel and refund any order(s) that are suspected to be made in a fraudulent or otherwise harmful way in order to secure the safety of our consumers’ transactions on our website. Jolli Time reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site.
